Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and everything is served over TLS. Role-based permissions, audit logs, and scoped OAuth with write access requested only where agents act. A signed DPA, and export or deletion of your data on request. The application runs on Vercel and the database runs on Neon, and both hold SOC 2 Type 2 attestations. Cresva has no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 report of its own. Brand and company scoping is enforced in the application layer and covered by CI; database-level row security is not in place. We never sell data.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are billed upfront (and get about 17% off) but you can cancel renewal for the next period. Your learning data and accuracy improvements are preserved if you reactivate.
