Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar laws, you have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you. This is sometimes called the "Right to be Forgotten."

Important: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any data you need before submitting this request.

What Gets Deleted:

Your account and profile information
All customer data you've uploaded or connected
Settings, preferences, and configurations
API tokens and integration connections
Usage history and analytics data

Note: We retain billing records for 7 years for tax compliance, but these contain minimal personal information. If your brand has a completed Agent Commerce transaction (a negotiated sale with an order reference), we retain that transaction's record for accounting and legal reasons, consistent with how any completed sale record is kept.

Deletion Timeline

Verification (1-2 days)

We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests. You may receive an email asking for confirmation or additional information.

Processing (Up to 30 days)

We process your deletion request across our active systems, databases, and backups, and notify subprocessors to delete your data. We revoke API tokens for connected platforms as part of this process.

You'll receive confirmation once deletion is complete. If we need more time (rare), we'll notify you with the reason.

GDPR/CCPA Compliant Timeline

We complete deletions within 30 days (GDPR requirement) or 45 days (CCPA requirement) from verification. Most requests are completed within 7-14 days.

Adjust data collection preferences or opt-out of AI training

Third-Party Platform Data

If you connected advertising or commerce platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo, and others) or other services, we'll revoke our access tokens during deletion. However, those platforms maintain their own copies of data under their privacy policies.

To delete data from connected platforms: Submit deletion requests directly to each platform according to their procedures.
