Lifecycle Marketer

Your best customers already bought once. Email that brings them back.

Remy runs your email flows, campaigns and lists, and watches your subscribers. By default every change is proposed for your approval, and a campaign is scheduled rather than sent at once, so it can still be cancelled.

How Remy works
Leads withWhat each flow and campaign earned, and whose figure it is: the email platform's attribution or the store's.
NeverPresent the email platform's attributed revenue as the store's own, or send to a list without saying who is on it.
Why this exists

Email is the channel you own. It is also the one nobody watches.

The same order, counted twice.

The email platform credits a sale to the email that was opened, and the store records the same order. Added together, one sale reads as two.

A flow stops quietly.

A welcome or win-back flow that is paused or broken sends nothing, and nothing alerts on an email that was never sent.

Lists wear out one send at a time.

Unsubscribes climb a little with each campaign. By the time anyone looks at the list size, the people who left are gone.

A send cannot be taken back.

Once a campaign goes out it has reached everyone on the list. The moment to catch the wrong list or the wrong offer is before it is scheduled, not after.

What Remy runs

Flows, campaigns, lists, subscribers. Changed only as far as your autonomy settings allow.

Each card is something that runs today, on the email and subscription apps you connect.

Flows and campaigns, measured

What each flow and campaign sent and earned, read from your email platform every six hours.

  • Sent, open rate, click rate and unsubscribes per flow and campaign
  • Revenue labelled as the email platform's attribution, never added to the store's figure
  • The date of the newest email data shown beside the numbers

Needs. Needs Klaviyo connected. Without it there is no email data, and the page says so.

Example. Example. Say the welcome flow sent 1,240 emails: the card shows that count, its open rate and its unsubscribes, with its revenue marked as the email platform's figure.

Lists and profiles

Who is on each list, so any change that touches a list can say who it reaches.

  • Profiles per list, from the same six-hourly sync
  • Subscribe, unsubscribe and suppression changes proposed for approval
  • Customer tags in Shopify added or removed, proposed for approval

Needs. Needs Klaviyo connected.

Example. Example. A proposal to add a segment to Friday's campaign names the lists it draws from.

Subscribers

Active subscribers, read daily from your subscription app.

  • Active subscriber count, dated to the day it was read
  • Shown beside your email lists on one page
  • No subscription app connected means no figure, not an estimate

Needs. Needs Recharge connected.

Example. Example. Active subscribers read at 5:40 AM, shown with the date of that read.

Changes you approve

By default, every change Remy proposes goes to your approvals first: flows, campaigns, segments, templates and coupons.

  • Pause or resume a flow
  • Create a campaign as a draft and schedule it, never send it the moment it is written
  • Cancel a scheduled campaign before it goes out

Example. Example. Remy proposes resuming a paused win-back flow; it stays paused until you approve.

A typical week

What Remy does between your decisions. One workweek.

The sync times are the real schedule, in UTC. The rest is the shape of the cycle and depends on what you have connected.

Every 6 hours
Synced

Reads flow and campaign results and list sizes from your email platform.

Daily · 5:40 AM
Synced

Reads active subscribers from your subscription app.

Tue · 10:15 AM
Answered

Answers how the welcome flow did this week from the synced rows, with its revenue labelled as the email platform's.

Wed · 9:30 AM
Proposed

Proposes resuming a paused flow, for your approval.

Thu · 3:00 PM
Scheduled

Schedules Friday's campaign once you approve it, so it can still be cancelled before it sends.

The customers you already have

Bring back the ones who bought.

Remy reads your flows, campaigns, lists and subscribers, keeps the email platform's revenue apart from the store's, and by default changes nothing until you approve it.
