AI shoppers buy from someone. Make it your store.

Iris looks after your store as AI shoppers see it: the catalogue an agent reads, the storefront it buys from and the orders it places. When you switch negotiation on, she negotiates with AI shoppers within the margin floor Max owns and refuses any price below it.

How Iris works
Leads withWhat an AI shopper sees and buys, and what it cost the margin.
NeverQuote an agent a price below the margin floor, or call a store visible to AI shoppers without a scan that says so.
Why this exists

An AI shopper picks one store. Nothing tells you when it was not yours.

The answer names a store.

Someone asks an AI assistant for a product and the reply names a shop. When it names a rival, there is no visit, no bounce and no row in any report, so the loss never reaches a dashboard.

Agents read the catalogue, not the page.

A shopping agent knows what your product data says: the price, the stock, the variants. A gap there is a gap in what the agent can offer, however good the product page looks.

An agent will take any discount it is given.

An agent that negotiates keeps asking until it is told no. Without a floor tied to what the product costs, the price that closes the sale can be one that loses money on it.

Agent orders look like every other order.

An order placed by an AI agent arrives in the same order list as everything else. Unless something marks it, nobody can say how much the agent channel actually sold.

What Iris runs

The storefront, the catalogue, the price. Each held to your rules.

Each card is something that runs today. By default, changes to your store and your catalogues are proposed for your approval; negotiation runs on its own only after you switch it on.

A storefront agents buy from

A storefront AI shopping agents can read and check out from, with your products, offers and bundles.

  • Each line priced from your catalogue when it is added, never from what the agent sends
  • Offers and bundles checked against the margin floor before they are proposed
  • An order lands in Shopify as a draft order with payment pending, marked as an agent order

Needs. Needs agent orders switched on in your storefront settings. They start off.

Example. Example. An agent asks for two items listed at 9.95; the session prices both at 9.95, whatever price the agent sent.

Negotiation within the margin floor

When an AI shopper asks for a better price, Iris answers inside the floor Max owns: a margin over the product's cost where your catalogue holds one, otherwise a set distance below list.

  • Off until you turn on Let agents negotiate
  • No counter-offer goes below the floor, and no price below it is accepted
  • The agreed price is recorded and reaches the order as its discount

Example. Example. A product listed at 9.95 with its floor at 7.96: an agent offering 7.00 is countered at 7.96 or above, and 7.00 is never accepted.

Catalogue publishing

Your products, prices and stock, kept in step across the catalogues agents and ad platforms read.

  • Shopify products copied to your Meta catalogue every four hours, once you approve the sync
  • Meta catalogue and product set changes proposed for approval
  • Product, price, stock and collection updates in Shopify proposed for approval

Example. Example. A variant sells out; the stock change is proposed, and once approved the Meta catalogue carries it on the next sync.

How AI assistants see you

Free checks on whether AI assistants mention your brand and whether your site gives them what they need to recommend a product.

  • AI Visibility Tracker: asks AI assistants about your brand and reports who they name
  • AI Readiness Scanner: checks structured data, schema markup and llms.txt
  • Product Feed Optimizer: finds gaps in the product data a feed carries

Example. Example. The scan finds product pages with no structured price, so an agent reading them cannot quote one.

Agent orders, counted from the orders

Agent orders are counted from your order records by the marker the agent checkout writes on them, not from an estimate.

  • Classified by the checkout marker on the order, never by the order's source name
  • Each agent order recorded with the offer, bundle or negotiation that priced it
  • Payment stays pending and the order says so in words

Example. Example. An order agreed through negotiation at 9.48 against a list of 9.95 is recorded as an agent order with its 0.47 discount.
