Budget
Weekly Rebalancing
The practice of adjusting budget allocation across channels every week based on current performance data rather than waiting for monthly or quarterly reviews. Performance shifts constantly due to competitive dynamics, creative fatigue, audience saturation, and seasonal patterns. Brands that rebalance weekly capture opportunities sooner than those on monthly cycles. Even small weekly shifts between channels compound into significant efficiency gains over a quarter.
Why it matters
Cadence is a real variable. Rebalancing too often re-triggers learning phases; too rarely and you leave a known misallocation running for weeks.
In practice
Weekly is a reasonable default because it clears most learning windows while still being responsive. Move only where the evidence is larger than the noise.
